Order cancellation

All orders are final. After payment is received orders go into production and raw ingredients are purchased and exposed. Orders can no longer be cancelled.

Reshipments


Although we do not offer refunds after ingredients are exposed, Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a reshipment for ordered products if: you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (not including 2-5 day processing), you receive items wrong on our behalf (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We Do Not Reissue Reshipments if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address),

Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster),

You can submit reshipment request within 5 days on guarenteed deliverydate. You can do so by sending us a message on the Contact Us page.
